Everything you need to know about ordering from Cookies By Hallie

We specialize in hand-decorated, royal-iced sugar cookies. Each cookie is made from scratch using a classic sugar cookie recipe and then individually decorated by hand with detailed icing designs. No two cookies are ever exactly the same!
All cookies are a flat $4 each — regardless of design complexity. Simple or intricate, the price is always the same. The minimum order is 6 cookies ($24).
We ask for at least 2 weeks' notice for most orders. For larger orders (4 dozen or more) or highly detailed custom designs, 3–4 weeks is preferred. Last-minute or rush orders may be possible depending on availability — just reach out and ask!
Absolutely! Custom designs are our specialty. You can describe your vision in the order form, share inspiration photos, or request specific colors, themes, shapes, and more. We'll do our best to bring your idea to life. The more detail you provide, the better!
Currently we offer local pickup only. The exact pickup address will be shared after your order is confirmed. If you have a specific delivery need, reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Our cookies stay fresh for up to 2 weeks at room temperature when kept in their individual wrapping. Store them in a cool, dry place — not the refrigerator, as that can affect the icing. They can also be frozen for up to 3 months!
Our cookies contain wheat, eggs, butter, and milk. Please note that our kitchen is not certified allergen-free, so cross-contamination is possible. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before placing an order so we can discuss your options.
Since every order is custom-made, we ask that cancellations be made at least 1 week before the pickup date. Cancellations made with less notice may not be eligible for a full refund, especially if baking has already begun. Please reach out as soon as possible if your plans change!
